Main Conference

Main Conference registration does not include access to workshops. To attend workshops in person or present a workshop paper, please select the Workshop Registration option as required.
Authors of main conference papers, posters, and demos need to register for the Main Conference.
Main conference registration includes entry to the conference sessions, the conference reception and 1 banquet ticket, coffee breaks and lunches, and access to published papers.

Visa Letter Requests

Please select "Yes" to request a visa support letter during the registration process. After completing your registration, you will receive a link to download the letter. Registration Policies

All authors must register by August 21, 2026 including authors of main conference papers, workshop papers, posters, and demos.

For Authors of Regular Conference Papers

Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the conference, and at least one author is required to register, at the full, non-student rate, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the IEEE digital library.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full, non-student conference rate (at either IEEE member or non-member rate); further, a registration can cover up to 3 papers (demo, poster counted as 1 paper each).

For Authors of Workshop Papers

Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the workshop, and at least one author is required to register at the corresponding workshop.

Registration Modifications

Any modification to the registration should be addressed to (ieeecs-reg+ICNP@computer.org) with the subject "[ICNP26] Request for Modification of the Registration". See the Refund Policy for more details on modifications concerning the rates and/or registration items.

Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+ICNP@computer.org by August 21, 2026, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of US$200 for canceled registrations.* You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
